The construction of software systems is extremely thought-intensive, often requiring significant levels of planning, information sharing, inspecting and adapting as a project progresses. Small, focused teams promote consistent interaction among team members, an invaluable part of successful software development. And the iterative process of our clients regularly reviewing the software as it goes from a concept to a live application has proved to be just as important. It allows you, the client, to get a real feel for the software that is being built, as opposed to it just living in Word docs and pictures for the bulk of a project.
This regular inspection of the software being built allows you to reprioritize items to best suit your needs at any point in time. And it allows the project team as a whole to adapt to your needs in near real-time manner.
Of course, all of that said, we have been around the block enough times to realize that an approach that works for one client may not necessarily work for the next. We have experience in each of the most popular methodologies in use today, from the project management level on down. We are also skilled in scaling the best approach for large projects vs. smaller ones.
